POWEREDBYMUSE – General Terms & Conditions
(Applies to all programs, events, services, memberships, and digital products under the POWEREDBYMUSE umbrella, including High Society Club, Creative WeedWork, Collab Lab, BY DESIGN, Creative Kinship, Funnel Foundations, Museicology, Visionary Weekend, and any future initiatives.)
1. No-Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Our offerings are capacity-limited and resource-intensive; therefore, we cannot provide refunds once payment is processed. If you cannot attend a live event you’ve registered for, you may transfer your ticket or seat to another person by emailing [email protected] at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Code of Conduct
POWEREDBYMUSE spaces are collaborative, inclusive, and rooted in mutual respect. By participating, you agree to:
Show Up With Integrity – arrive on time, fully present, and accountable.
Honor Boundaries & IP – respect others’ visions, ideas, and personal space.
Uphold Inclusivity – welcome all identities, backgrounds, and creative approaches.
Keep the Container Safe – no harassment, discrimination, or unsolicited feedback that disrupts the experience.
Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from the space—without refund—and possible suspension from future offerings.
3. Participation & Media Release
Our sessions and events may be photographed, filmed, or recorded for archival, educational, or promotional use by POWEREDBYMUSE. By attending, you grant permission for your image, likeness, and contributions to be used without compensation. If you prefer not to be captured, notify staff during check-in so we can accommodate you.
4. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All content, methodologies, and materials provided by POWEREDBYMUSE are protected intellectual property. Likewise, treat fellow participants’ ideas and shared work with confidentiality and care. Do not replicate, redistribute, or publicly share any proprietary content or personal stories without expressed written consent.
5. Liability Waiver
By engaging with any POWEREDBYMUSE initiative, you assume full responsibility for your actions and well-being. POWEREDBYMUSE, its team, and partners are not liable for personal injury, lost or stolen property, or financial loss incurred during or after participation.
6. Payment & Subscription Terms
For memberships or retainers, recurring payments will be drafted on the schedule outlined at checkout. Failed payments must be rectified within seven (7) days to maintain access. Late fees or service pauses may apply.
7. Updates to Terms
POWEREDBYMUSE reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will supersede previous versions.
